Biannual Service

Seatown Electric Heating and Air technicians will schedule a summer and winter service to ensure your heating and air conditioning components are always in top working order.

Our 10-point summer cooling service check includes:

  • Installing gauges and checking operating pressure
  • Cleaning condenser coils
  • Checking and tightening electrical connections
  • Lubricating bearing and motors
  • Inspecting and clearing the condensate drain
  • Cycling and checking the thermostat
  • Checking and adjusting the fan belt
  • Checking the condensing unit’s voltage and amperage
  • Cleaning or changing, when applicable, up to two air filters per system (additional charge for more than two, or for specialty filters)
  • Adjusting the system to factory specs, including up to one pound of Freon at no additional charge

The 10-point winter heating service check includes:

  • Inspecting the heat exchanger for soot or cracks
  • Adjusting the flame
  • Checking the fuel pipe for adequate draft
  • Checking and cleaning burners
  • Checking the fuel supply for leaks and pressure
  • Checking and cleaning the pilot assembly
  • Checking the fan control and limit operation
  • Checking and lubricating the blower assembly
  • Checking and cycling the thermostat
  • Cleaning or changing, when applicable, up to two air filters per system (additional charge for more than two, or for specialty filters)
