² If you decide not to take advantage of this benefit, the Plumbing Maintenance has no monetary value. Limited to 1 Plumbing Maintenance per year. Tanked water heater flushes and tankless water heater descales are performed based on equipment condition, which will be determined at the time of the appointment.

³ If you decide not to take advantage of this benefit, the Sewer Camera Inspection has no monetary value. Limited to 1 Sewer Camera Inspection per year. Sewer camera inspection requires a safe and accessible clean-out entry point. If none exists, additional work to create access is not included. Inspection is limited to the main sewer line only; branch lines in the home are excluded. We cannot advance the camera through blockages; line clearing is a separate service. Camera inspection may be restricted by pipe conditions such as pipe collapse, heavy offsets, or deterioration.

⁷ Benefit applies only to appointments occurring 8am-3pm M-F. Appointments scheduled outside of this timeframe will be subject to an additional after-hours fee.​

⁸ Seatown Partner Plan must stay current through date of service. Offer applies to HVAC system, repipe, sewer or water line replacement, rewire, whole home standby generator or electrical panel replacement purchased from Seatown.

⁹ Upon request, we guarantee 24-hour emergency repair response time. If we are unable to accommodate your request and repair(s) is needed during the visit, we will cover the cost of the repair up to $500. Standard service charges apply. Weekends and major holidays excluded.

¹⁰ The original warranty on any Seatown HVAC, plumbing or drain repair(s) performed today or while a Seatown Partner Plan member is extended for so long as you remain an uninterrupted Seatown Partner Plan Member. Warranty excludes compressors, heat exchangers, coils, refrigerant leaks and drain stoppages. Electrical repairs do not qualify for extended warranty. No monetary value.

¹¹ You may transfer your Seatown Partner Plan to your new home if within our service area, or you may transfer your accrued credits to the new homeowner upon sale of your property. Call us for transfer details.

Discount benefits received prior to the end of the first six months of membership may be subject to charge-back in the event of membership cancellation.​
