Seatown Partner Plan Monthly Memberships with Seatown will AUTOMATICALLY RENEW for successive one month terms unless you choose to cancel or your Seatown Partner Plan Membership is terminated by Seatown. Seatown Partner Plan Annual Memberships with Seatown will AUTOMATICALLY RENEW for successive one year terms unless you choose to cancel or your Seatown Partner Plan Membership is terminated by Seatown.
You are required to notify Seatown immediately of any change in your name, billing address, service address, email address, telephone number, credit card, bank or other account information. Seatown may terminate automatically renewing Monthly Memberships and Annual Memberships after two consecutive months of non-payment.
Each Seatown Partner Plan Membership is a one year minimum commitment. In the event of membership cancellation prior to the end of the one year minimum term of membership, any discount benefits received are void and will be charged back to you by Seatown. Your Seatown Partner Plan Membership entitles you to a wide range of attractive benefits, including priority service and discounts. We will attempt to contact you via e-mail, mail or telephone to schedule your free maintenance or you can contact us directly anytime to schedule your appointment. Seatown Partner Plan benefits are not for resale and are not redeemable for cash. Any unused portion of your benefits is not refundable.
Information you provide in connection with the Seatown Partner Plan Membership program will be used as described in our privacy policy at Seatownservices.com/privacy-policy.
Seatown Partner Plan Billing
For automatically renewing Monthly Memberships and Annual Memberships, your method of payment on file with Seatown will continue to be charged each month (for Monthly Memberships) or each year (for Annual Memberships) at the rate shown on your Seatown Partner Plan Membership Agreement until membership is cancelled.
For automatically renewing Monthly Memberships, the first monthly payment is collected at the time of service. After that, monthly payments will be collected based on the date of commencement shown on your Seatown Partner Plan Membership Agreement:
Commencement Dates of 1st – 15th will be billed on the 15th of each month.
Commencement Dates of 16th – 31st will be billed on the 30th of each month.
For automatically renewing Annual Memberships, the first annual payment is collected at the time of service. After that, annual payments will be collected based on the date of commencement shown on your Seatown Partner Plan Membership Agreement:
Commencement Dates of 1st – 15th will be billed on the 15th of the month of commencement.
Commencement Dates of 16th – 31st will be billed on the 30th of the month of commencement.
