Our heating and cooling maintenance services include a full professional inspection of your HVAC equipment, including checking some of your most vulnerable and often-used components. An air conditioning service includes cleaning your air filter, checking pressure levels in your refrigerant lines, inspecting coils, motors, blower wheel, and bushings, checking electrical connections, and even checking the cooling cycle for efficiency and proper timing.
A heating service includes checking and inspecting your burners (for furnace owners), safety controls, airflow, and motors, bearings and fans. For those who have heat pumps, we’ll also check your coils, electrical connections, and more.
Our Plumbing maintenance program includes checking all drains, piping, plumbing fixtures, and appliances for proper operation. We'll also inspect all copper piping for corrosion and test water pressure on all incoming lines and verify all connections and hoses to dishwashers and washing machines are set up correctly. For complete peace of mind, we will also check all safety controls and label the main shut-off valve for easy emergency identification.
